The Rural Stores Development group, in collaboration with Black Label Designs, has masterfully crafted an outdoor space that effortlessly bridges tranquility and vivacity. 

Guided by an unwavering commitment to unity, we meticulously sculpted a anctuary that marries the charm of our local heritage with the versatility of modern design. This communal masterpiece serves as an inclusive canvas where each visitor—whether a lifelong resident or a curious traveler—can paint their own experience. Here, laughter echoes, ideas flourish, and the pulse of Tsawwassen grows stronger with each gathering. Our atrium, encircled by the natural beauty that our area is known for, is the vibrant core we envisioned: a place that beckons every person to come, linger, and make it their own, fostering a robust, interconnected community in the process.

The Rural Stores Development group, in collaboration with Clifton Fred of the Tlingit people, the largest tribe on the west coast, curated the seating area. He is a storyteller teaching the children of earth through his art.
